By accessing and using this website or receiving services at Bloom Skin & Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our designated booking system. We require a valid credit card on file to hold appointments. A $25 service fee applies to declined autopay transactions.
2. Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee or loss of a prepaid session.

This policy is in place out of respect for our team and other clients.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy

No refunds are provided on products, services, prepaid packages, or gift cards.

One-time exchanges of unused, prepaid services may be permitted toward other services.

Packages must be used at the original purchase location.

Discounts applied at purchase are voided if services are changed.
4. Medical Clearance & Liability
A $50 fee applies to letters or forms requiring medical clearance. Bloom Skin & Wellness is not liable for outcomes related to services performed based on client-provided clearance.
5. Credit Card Authorization
By providing your card, you authorize Bloom Skin & Wellness to charge for all services and fees. This authorization remains active until the card expires or is revoked in writing.
6. Use of Images
You may be asked to consent to clinical photography for documentation. These images will be used only for internal clinical purposes unless you give express written permission for marketing use.
7. Electronic Communication Consent
By opting in, you consent to receive communication via email or text. You understand the risks associated with electronic communication and agree to notify our team of any communication restrictions. Bloom Skin & Wellness is not responsible for privacy breaches caused by the client (e.g., shared devices or passwords).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Bloom Skin & Wellness and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
